Return/Exchange Guidelines:

  • Return/Exchange Window: You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
  • Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges for eligible items.
  • Exchange Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. If there is an issue with the size, color, or any other factors, we are happy to assist with an exchange.
  • Shipping Charges for Exchanges: If the product is in the correct size, color, and condition from our end, a ₹100 exchange shipping fee will apply. This amount must be paid at the time you initiate the exchange.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact us via Whatsapp or Mail our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide details of the product and reason for the exchange.
  3. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive instructions on how to return the item and proceed with the exchange.
